| 其它 | ABSTRACT:The bioactive metabolites from a marine brown alga-endophytic Trichoderma asperellum strain (dl-34) were separated and purified by chromatog., TLC and HPLC. Seven kinds of compounds were obtained and their structures were identified by NMR, MS and IR. The absolute conformers of compound 1 and compound 2 were confirmed by quantum chem. calculations Results showed that, compound 1 was (+)-wickerol A, a new diterpene antipode, and compound 2 was harziandione, a known diterpene, and compounds 3-7 were ergosterol derivatives Bioactivity exptl. results showed that, both compounds 1 and 2 exhibited lethal activity against Artemia salina, and compound 1 also showed antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. |
