Four new glycosides, named 3-dehydroxyl dracunculifoside J (1), 4-methoxy divaricataester C (2), 6′-O-acetyl gerberinside (3), and 4- methoxy marmesinin (4), along with six known compounds (5- 10), were isolated from the whole plant of GGeerrbbeerraa ppiilloosseellllooiiddeess . Structurally, their structures and absolute configurations were established based on extensive spectroscopic data and X- ray diffra ction anal. Compounds 1-4 were evaluated for the protective effect on lipopolys accharide (LPS)-induced injury in intestinal epithelial cells (IEC-6). Among them, 3 and 4 could moderately promote the prolife ration of LPS-induced IEC-6 cells. |
