摘要
In view of the time-consuming and laborious problem of artificial tree planting in northwest China, this paper introduces an automatic tree planting machine specially used for planting drought-resistant saplings in desert ecological areas, aiming to alleviate the desertification problem in China, promote the ecological balance and economic development in China. First, this paper introduces the main functions and technical characteristics of the machine, and focuses on the design principle and manufacturing technology of the main mechanical structure of the tree-planting machine. Secondly, the design and analysis of the mechatronics principle and remote control mode of the tree planting machine, as well as the composition of the circuit modules such as single chip computer and Bluetooth, and the application of 5G Internet of Things technology in the tree planting machine is conceived. Then, according to the work situation of the prototype, the main technical parameters of the tree-planting machine are obtained. Finally, the future development direction of the tree planting machine is planned, and with the continuous improvement of the product, the ecological relationship between society and nature will be more harmonious, and the desertification problem can be solved.
