This paper proposes a Smart GOA model and analyzes the disadvantageous factors associated with panel usage. The feedback mechanism of adjusting the high voltage signal VGH of the GOA circuit by detecting rising time Tr of the output signal of the circuit is emphasized, which is beneficial to the threshold voltage drift caused by voltage bias and the semiconductor material mobility changes affected by ambient temperature during normal operation. Smart GOA is conducive to reducing the power consumption of the panel and prolonging panel lifespan.
