Plasma-initiated aqueous solution polymerization of acrylamide

Two plasma-initiated methods were used to initiate the polymerization of acrylamide. Experiments were made to study the relations between the polymers and the plasma-initiated condition. The approximate molecular weight of the polymer was calculated by measuring the intrinsic viscosity of the polyacrylamide according to Chinese Standards. Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
