Removal of Magnesium from Wet-Process Phosphoric Acid by Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid Emulsion Liquid Membrane Technique

Extraction of magnesium from phosphoric acid of pH 0.27 was studied by dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid emulsion liquid membrane technique,and the critical concentration of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid in emulsification was obtained.The optimal experiment condition was chosen as molar percentage of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid of 10%,volume ration of oil to water of 1:3,emulsification rotate speed of 5400 r/min and emulsification time of 45 s.
