摘要
A hydrogel was prepared from sodium carboxymethylcellulose( CMC-Na), and its water content is 98 %. The effects of the amount of crosslinker , antiseptic, inorgano-nitrogen, organo-nitrogen and carbohydrate on the bio-degradation were investigated. Moreover we also investigated the effect of pH in the environment on the hydrogel bio-degradation. The results showed that the hydrogel would have different bio-degradation, if it was prepared under different conditions; The bio-degradation of hydrogel was enhanced by addition of the certain amount of ammonium. The degree of degradation reached the maximum, when the pH of environment was about 5.2.
