A Study on Duty Satisfaction, Organization Contribution, and Treatment Improvement Due to Elementary School Sports Teacher"s Employment Anxiety

This study drew the conclusion, basing on the study on duty satisfaction, organization contribution, and treatment improvement due to elementary school sports teacher"s employment anxiety. The factor of work anxiety and of welfare circumstances related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on work circumstance, worth, and pride related to duty satisfaction. The factor of welfare circumstance related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on autonomy and professionality, and the factor of work anxiety related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on human relation related to duty satisfaction. Second, the factor of work anxiety related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on organization faithfulness related to organization contribution, the factor of work anxiety related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on autonomy related to organization contribution, and the factor of welfare circumstance related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on worth acceptance related to organization contribution. Third, the factor of work and of welfare circumstance related to employment anxiety had a significant effect on treatment improvement.
