摘要
Ultra-Narrow Linewidth Photo-Emitters In article number 2204302, Khurram Shehzad, Hui Wu, Zhiming Wang, and co-workers report that hot-pressing bulk Selenium into nanoflakes induces structural changes in the Selenium lattice, which leads to ultra-narrow bandwidth photoemission with full width at half maximum of 330 ± 90 μeV, an order of magnitude narrower than the other 2D materials at 300 K.
