摘要
SARS-CoV-2 is not going away any time soon; four years into the pandemic we are in the midst of a global resurgence, driven by the rapid spread of Omicron subvariants. As a wave of new infections rises, so does the uncertainty and anxiety among patients with rheumatic diseases, many of whom have suboptimal vaccine responses. Personalised strategies to maximise immunity are needed to allay patients' concerns about the many unknowns that come with emerging variants.
