摘要
The development of enzyme-free sensing materials with high-performance and low cost is extremely essential in the fields of medicine, food, and chemical engineering. In this work, a solvent-processing film of 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octa-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy) phthalocyaninato cobalt complex based electrochemical sensor was prepared on glassy carbon electrode. The CoPc(OC8H9)8 film is demonstrated to be a lamellar structure with a large surface area, which in turn increased the active site of ascorbic acid redox reactions, and thus present excellent sensitivity and terrific anti-interference ability for the detection of ascorbic acid with wide detection range (0.1-100 μM) and low limit of detection (36 nM), and can selectively detect ascorbic acid in milk and human serum. Because of its outstanding electrocatalytic kinetic characteristics, this present enzyme-free electrochemical sensor has a broad prospect in the application of analytical sensing of ascorbic acid and it will be helpful for the design and fabrication of high-performance low-cost electrochemical sensor for trace detection of ascorbic acid.
