摘要
Myeloid neoplasms (MNs) with germline predisposition have been recognised as a distinct entity. Emerging evidence suggests that sporadic myelodysplastic syndromes may also harbour undetected germline predispositions. We investigated germline alterations in a cohort of 122 adult Thai MNs.
