摘要
The molecular imprinting approach is applied to create an imprinted-CD polymer with LPA as a template for the colorimetric assay of ovarian cancer detection. MIPs allow the relatively fast and simple extraction of LPA from human serum samples with high recoveries. The early diagnosis of ovarian cancer may exceed the survival rate of patients. The colorimetric assay of LPA in serum samples was conducted using prepared MIPs. The detection limit of LPA in spiked serum samples calculated was 0.078 μmol/L.
