摘要
The observation of electron spin polarization is performed by applying an external magnetic field to electrons accumulated around a charged mica insulator. On the basis of electron holography studies on the accumulation of electrons, which are attracted to positively charged specimens, experiments are designed with an focused ion beam (FIB) system to observe a similar phenomenon, namely, the dependency of the distribution of secondary electrons around bulk insulator surfaces on the existence of metal elements.
