Droplet Transport: Enhancing Spontaneous Droplet Motion on Structured Surfaces with Tailored Wedge Design (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 2/2021)

In article number 2000520, Yixiang Gan and co-workers developed an experimentally validated model to tailor spontaneous droplets movement on surfaces with prescribed wedge shapes. This work reveals designed wedges with convex shapes have a better performance in enhancing droplet transport in applications, such as fog harvesting.
