Analysis of related factors of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis

Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed malignant tumors in women. Its morbidity and mortality rate are increasing year by year and tending to be younger. Despite the continuous completion of many methods, such as clinic pathological findings, genotyping, exploration of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and establishment of multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model (MDT), and so on, breast cancer has become one of the most common malignant tumors in women. It is good to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer patients with initial diagnosis and recurrence or metastasis, but local-regional recurrence and distant metastasis after treatment are the main causes of treatment failure, seriously affecting the quality of life and survival of cancer patients, so how to further effectively evaluate the relapse and metastasis related factors can provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment. This article reviews the related factors of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer after treatment. Key words: Breast cancer; Recurrence and metastasis; Review
