Flexible single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT)/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) (CNT/PP) composite films have been fabricated by a simple dilution filtration method. The effects of SWCNTs content and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) treatment on thermoelectric properties of the composite films have been investigated. With the content of SWCNTs increasing, both the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient increase, leading to an enhancement of thermoelectric properties of the composite film. After the DMSO treatment, a maximum power factor of 108.7 μWm−1K-2 has been achieved at 340 K for the sample containing 80 wt.% SWCNTs. SEM and XPS analyses are applied to characterize morphologies and compositions of the composite films.
