摘要
The liquid-phase alkylation reactions of naphthalene with long chain olefins (C 11 /C 12 ) on two different molecular sieve catalysts,HY and Hβ were investigated.Molecular sieve HY showed higher activity and mono-alkylnaphthalene selectivity than Hβ Effect of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,naphthalene/olefin/cyclohexane mole ratio,the LHSV and the particle size of HY Molecular sieve catalyst had been studied.Conversion of olefins was over 85%.Mono-alkylnaphthalene selectivity was 100% at typical reaction conditions (naphthalene/olefin/cyclohexane mole ratio,6/1/60;temperature,130 ℃;pressure,1 MPa;LHSV,10 ml/ (h·g); time,6 h).HY molecular sieve catalyst could be easily regenerated,and showed similar rate of olefin conversion as the fresh.
