摘要
Re-entrant structure and low interface energy are helpful to obtain superamphiphobicity on metal surface. In this paper, a novel combined laser-electrochemistry process is proposed to prepare hierarchical micro-nano re-entrant structure on metal surface of copper. This method mainly consists of picosecond laser ablation, electropolishing and electrodeposition. The "top-down" and "bottom-up" processing strategies are combined to realize the controllable morphology of re-entrant structure. Afterward, the structure is modified by low surface energy materials to obtain superamphiphobicity. The measurement shows that the static contact angle (CA) of water and rapeseed oil droplet on metal surface prepared by this process are more than 150° and and sliding angle (SA) are all less than 10°. The outstanding durability in the low temperature test and phenomenon of that droplet could move along inclined surface against gravity demonstrating good superamphiphobicity.
