摘要
Water emergency rescue equipment is an important part of a national emergency security system. Based on the idea of building weapon equipment systems and the current situation of China's water emergency rescue industry, a method for building a water emergency rescue equipment system is presented. First, a formal description model of the construction process of the water emergency rescue equipment system and the construction principles are given. Second, combined with the three core tasks in water emergency rescue (personnel rescue, property rescue and environmental rescue), a typical scene analysis is carried out, and a system for use on an inland river and the sea is constructed. Finally, a case study examining the emergency rescue of the “Oriental Star” cruise ship sinking accident is presented. These research results can provide a basis for the construction of water emergency rescue equipment systems and rescue equipment for rescue departments in China.
