On the History of Ethical Norms of Scientific Research

When human began to explore the secrets of nature and themselves,scientific research has arisen. As the development of scientific research,its ethical problems have become more and more prominent. Ethical norms of scientific research have been formulated. According to the different characters of these norms,they can be divided into four periods:pre-norm period,period of gestation,period of formation and initial development,period of brisk development.
