摘要
Objective
To explore the expression of thymidine kinase 1(TK1)and B7-H4 in breast carcinoma tissue,and further analyze their clinicopathological characteristics in breast carcinoma.
Methods
Sixty-four cases of human breast carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues were collected.The immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the expression of TK1 and B7-H4 from the above tissues.
Results
The expression rate of TK1 in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues(84. 38% vs.15. 63%, P< 0. 01), and that of B7-H4 in breast carcinoma tissues was higher than in non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues(75. 00% vs.20. 31%, P< 0. 01); The expression levels of TK1 were related to tumor size, histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma(P< 0. 05). There was a close correlation between the expression of B7-H4 and T histology grade and TNM stage(P< 0. 05).
Conclusion
There is high expression of TK1 and B7-H4 in breast carcinoma,indicating an important role in the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma.
