摘要
In this paper, the voltage control technology of field weakening operation of asynchronous motor is studied in order to meet the requirements of high-speed galloping and overtaking. The mathematical model of the motor in the synchronous rotating coordinate system is established, the voltage and current constraints of the vector control of the motor are given, the torque characteristics of the motor in the field weakening operation are analyzed, the voltage control scheme of the motor in the field weakening operation under the indirect direction of the rotor flux linkage is designed. A set of simulation system based on MATLAB / Simulink and a set of test platform of asynchronous motor for electric vehicle based on TMS320l28335 are developed. The simulation and experimental results show that this method can achieve the maximum torque output in the full speed range, and can achieve good speed expansion performance.
