摘要
This paper proposes a low temperature coefficient (TC) bandgap reference (BGR) with self-compensation through curvature function. The offset and noise suppression technique are employed to achieve high accuracy. In order to have a wide supply voltage ranging from 3 to 18 V and a load current range from -5 to 10 mA, a pre-regulator and class-AB output stage are introduced. The proposed BGR is implemented in a 0.18 µm BCD CMOS process and the active area is 345 × 420 µm 2 . The simulation results show that the TC is 1.2 ppm/°C. The variation coefficient σ/µ of the output voltage is 0.094%.
