Syncope With Bifascicular Block Due to Infra-Hisian Wenckebach Conduction Abnormality

This case report presents the electrocardiographic findings of a man in his 70s with a history of type 2 diabetes and hypertension who presented with syncope; there was no seizure activity or preceding chest pain, palpitations, or shortness of breath.
