Efficient and stable perovskite solar cells via surface defect passivation using 4-fluorobenzamine trifluoroacetate

A post-treatment with P-F-PMATFA was applied to the perovskite surface, passivating surface defects and reducing the energy barrier between the perovskite film and the hole transport layer, enabling efficient regular perovskite solar cells.
