摘要
The electrically conductive polymers currently used cannot be industrially processed like plastics. Here, we reported a strategy of producing a polymer composition with tin-gallium semi-liquid alloy for plastic molding to produce conductive plastic parts with metallic conductivity (>106 S m−1). Molecular modeling and rheological experiments demonstrated that the key to successful processing was the viscosity matching between polymers and semi-liquid metals to achieve a bicontinuous structure. Our approach shows promise for the conventional industrial processing of polymer materials, such as those used for injection molding, film stretching, and fiber spinning.
