摘要
Achieving high-precision 3-D measurement of targets in complex environments always as the focus of research in the field of industrial measurement. In order to solve the problem that the unstable light source affects the accuracy of 3-D measurement in many industrial scenes, this article proposes an improved phase-shifting profilometry for a non-constant light intensity environment. The mathematical mechanism model of the influence of average intensity and intensity modulation on detection accuracy is obtained by analyzing, and then an improved method is proposed according to the above mechanism model to eliminate the phase error and improve the accuracy. Experimental results show the proposed method could obtain high-precision measurement results for non-constant light intensity environment, and based on the root mean square error (RMSE), the detection accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 46.57% than CGC-NSPSM, EA-CGC-NSPSM, and EP-CGC-NSPSM.
