Front Cover In article number 2300628, Park, Cho, Im, and co-workers delve into charge transport characteristics of organic transistors, depending on the alkyl chain length of organic semiconductors and the surface polarity of polymer dielectric layers. The in-depth interface analysis reveals that the surface polarity can be abated with the introduction of an alkyl chain in organic semiconductors, resulting in high-performance organic devices.
