This accelerating process has already started and has so far evolved from 1.4 mm/yr over the period 1901–1990 to 2.1 mm/yr (1970–2015), 3.2 mm/yr (1993–2015), and up to 3.6 mm/yr (2006–2015). The sum of glacier and ice sheet contributions is now the dominant source of GMSL rise with very high confidence and the dominant cause since 1970 is anthropogenic (Oppenheimer et al., 2019). There is still some uncertainty about the full volume of glaciers and... You do not have access to this content, please speak to your institutional administrator if you feel you should have access.
