摘要
The more electric aircraft (MEA) and all electric aircraft (AEA) concept has become a potential solution for fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emission problems caused by aircraft. The power supply is a very important component for AEA and MEA. Power supplies for aircraft application are always required high-power-density and reliability. This paper designs a high-power-density DC power supply, which has strong short circuit protection capability. A weight minimization parameters design method for LLC circuit is presented to optimize the weight. The design process mentioned in this paper includes two parts, scheme selection and parameter optimization, which are both forced on weight minimization. This design is evaluated by a 3kW submodule prototype with high gravimetric power density of 5.28kW/kg.
