摘要
The present experiment was conducted to study the influence of soil microorganisms,lufenuron concentra-tion,soil temperature and soil moisture on lufenruon degradation in soil using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that microbial degradation was the major way for lufenuron degradation in soil and non-biolog-ical degradation was a less important way.The degradation rate of lufenuron in soil decreased with increasing lufenuron concentration,whereas it increased positively with increasing soil temperature.Up to certain range of soil moisture,the degradation rate of lufenuron decreased with increasing soil moisture.
