Advances to pathogenesis of influenza severe pneumonia and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

Flu outbreak had brought serious burden to mankind.The disease often has a very quick progression, which can develop into severe pneumonia and multiple organ failure and even death in a short time.However, the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus is not fully clear.In this review, we summarized the findings in this field, focusing mainly on the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus.
