摘要
A B S T R A C T Ethnopharmacological relevance: The spectrum-effect relationships are of utmost significance for analyzing and estimating the correlation between HPLC fingerprints and pharmacologic index ingredients. Pyrrosia petiolosa (Christ) Ching is a popular traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acute urolithiasis by traditional decoction method in clinic. For another, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) can be used to analyzing the constituents and obtain the fingerprints. However, traditional method has not been compared of P. petiolosa . In addition, the bioactive components against calculi have not been further explored.Aims: An effective and comprehensive spectrum-effect relationships between HPLC fingerprints and antilithic effects of Pyrrosia petiolosa (Christ) Ching , has been established, exploring the specific bioactive constituents.Materials and methods: The anti-urolithic effects of P. petiolosa were optimized using the contents of calcium (Ca 2+ ), magnesium (Mg 2+ ) and oxalate in rats. In addition, spectrum-effect relationships were established by grey relational analysis (GRA) and mainly ordinary multiple linear regression (OMLR).Results: The group C (solution of water reflux) of P. petiolosa was demonstrated the most effective method to resist the urinary calculi. Eventually, this constitute (peak 43) was of vital significance for fighting the urinary calculi using the GRA and OMLR.Conclusions: It is succeed to optimize the extracts of P. petiolosa and the GRA have been identified the effectively and feasibility using the OMLR in fingerprint-effect relationships. This study lays a solid foundation for exploring the special bioactive components of the TCMs.
