摘要
For high precision integrated temperature controllers, the low frequency noise and offset voltage will affect the accuracy. The chopper stabilization technology can eliminate the offset and 1/f noise through modulation, transfer and filtering signal processing technology. In general, these technologies require a sacrifice of power consumption and area. This work is based on BCD 250nm process, and this paper introduce a chopper amplifier with low offset and low noise, the simulation results show that it has 9. 6uA, 0.23mm 2 consumption, 13.7 nV$\sqrt{}$Hz input noise density, and < 2.5uv offset voltage.
