摘要
Ultrasensitive Plasmonic Sensors In article number 2303026, Lixuan Liu, Yu Shu, Tianyu Xue, and co-workers present the ferroelectric 2D Bi2O2Se materials, which exhibit an ultralow detection limit of 1 fM for protein molecule detection using plasmonic biosensors. Notably, the unique ferroelectric property of Bi2O2Se materials enhances the signal of plasmonic biosensors. It is anticipated that the proposed design concept will be applicable for next-generation sensor devices.
