摘要
In this paper, a novel doubly magnetic geared permanent magnet (DMG-PM) machine is proposed. Through numerical finite element analysis, it is found that the torque transmission capability of the DMG-PM machine is ~24% higher than its regular counterparts, while the PM usage remains the same. Moreover, the back-EMF is enlarged significantly by ~37%. In addition, the power factor of the proposed machine is also considerably improved.
