摘要
Layered manganese-based transition metal oxides as positive electrode materials for Li-ion batteries are of greatfocus due to their desirable properties. The development of layered lithium manganese oxides cathodes for rechargeablelithium batteries has been reviewed in this paper. The resent research works of layered LiMnO2 and its derivatives wereintroduced. The synthesis method, electrochemical properties and layered manganese-based solid solution were presented indetail. Finally the perspectives of the layered lithium manganese oxides were discussed.
