摘要
By using the method of response surface analysis the effects of plasma processing time,processing power,the pressure of oxygen on the surface wettability of carbonized bamboo were investigated,with comprehensively reduced rate of surface contact angle in the surface of carbonized bamboo of PF glue as evalution index. In addition,reconstituted bamboo lumber was produced by using the best plasma treatment process. The results showed that the best technology of plasma treatment was as follows: time was 82 s, power was 143 W,oxygen pressure was 39 Pa. The comprehensively reduced rate of surface contact angle was 1.29 under the best treatment process,the MOE and MOR of reconstituted bamboo lumber were increased by 26. 59% and 30. 05% respectively. Through electronic scanning electron microscopy( SEM) analysis,the surface wettability of carbonized bamboo surface was increased due to carbonized bamboo surface etching,and surface was rougher after oxygen plasma treatment.
