摘要
The polysaccharides of Crataegus pinnatifida (CPP) from ten habitats were prepared through water abstraction and alcohol precipitation. Subsequently, an analysis was conducted on their physicochemical properties and molecular structure. The establishment of multidimensional fingerprints is based on instrumental analysis methods. Through the evaluation of its antioxidant activity, the spectrum-effect relationship was studied. The GalA in monosaccharide constitution and components with a molecular weight (Mw) ranging from 2.07 × 106 Da to 5.57 × 106 Da have a positive correlation with scavenging DPPH free radicals. This can furnish a preparatory basis and data reference for establishing the quality assurance standard of CPP and clarifying the structure-activity relationship. At the same time, it provides guidance for the cultivation, processing, development and utilisation of hawthorn and promotes the sustainable development of hawthorn industry.
