[Progress in omics research and preclinical models of gallbladder cancer].

Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is one common type of bile tract cancers with poor prognosis. This review summarizes the recent development of studies about somatic mutation, molecular subtype, microenvironment heterogeneity, organoid, orthotopic model, patient-derived xenograft and clinical translation on GBC in aspects of genomic,transcriptome,single cell omics and clinical translation. We expect this review will provide new ideas on dissecting molecular mechanisms underlying the development and emerging chemoresistance of GBC following therapy and promote GBC precision medicine.胆囊癌是胆道系统常见的恶性肿瘤，预后极差。本综述从基因组学、转录组学、单细胞组学和临床前模型四个方面来概括目前胆囊癌体细胞驱动突变、分子分型、微环境异质性、类器官模型、原位模型、人源性肿瘤异种移植模型等相关基础研究进展，以及相应的临床转化路径探索。这将为了解胆囊癌的发生发展和治疗抵抗的分子生物学机制，实现胆囊癌的精准化治疗提供新的思路。.
