摘要
This paper takes the aluminum alloy 2024-T3 commonly used in aerospace technology as the research object, and uses the ABAQUS finite element software to establish the aluminum alloy 2024-T3 plate drilling model to analyze the temperature changes of the workpiece and the tool during the drilling process. According to the position characteristics of the drill bit during the drilling process, the drilling process is divided into four stages: the first stage, the chisel edge of the drill bit just touches the workpiece to the main cutting edge all participate in drilling and the secondary cutting edge begins to participate in drilling; in the second stage, the drill bit enters the workpiece, and the main cutting edge and the secondary cutting edge participate in drilling at the same time; in the third stage, the chisel edge drills through the lower surface of the workpiece to the auxiliary cutting edge and drills out the workpiece; in the fourth stage, the drill bit completely drills out of the workpiece.
