摘要
Several failures of debonding between rubber and metal occurred on a certain type of bladder accumulator. They are manifested as obvious early failures, namely the failure rate decreases with the increase of service life. A higher failure rate increases product maintenance costs and reduces the operational readiness of the equipment. According to the FRACAS (Failure Report Analysis and Corrective Action System) process, measures such as fault location, cause analysis and mechanism analysis, fault reappearance, formulation of corrective measures and test verification are taken for product faults. The products of the new technology have been verified by tests such as state identification tests, effectively solving the debonding between rubber and metal.
