A 43-year-old women, gravida 3, para 1 (G3P1), presented to the hospital for a history of infertility for 2 years. During a hysterosalpingography using meglumine diatrizoate, the uterus appeared normal, and a bilateral distal tubal obstruction was seen (Fig. 1). In addition, intravasation of the contrast revealed the drainage of arcuate vessels into the ascending branch of uterine vein and deep uterine vein and then into the ovarian vein and internal iliac vein separately.
