摘要
Objective To explore differences of brain spontaneous activity in resting state between obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)and control using function magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)in order to find the base of neural activity in OCD associated with phathophysiological mechanism.Methods 14 subjects with OCD and 14 sex,age and education-matched controls underwent fMRI scans while resting state.ReHo analyses were used to detect neural spontaneous activity across the whole brain by REST.Two within-group analysis was performed between cases and controls by t-test(P<0.0002)by SPM5.Results Compared with normal controls,the ReHo of right frontal cortex,right parietal cortex,right insula,left cingulated and left parietal cortex were significantly increased in resting state in OCD(P<0.0002,unadjusted;k≥10).Conclusion The present result impliate that these regions play importance role in mechanism of pathophysioiogy in OCD.
