Research on the bone formation related gene expression after goat bone marrow derived stromal cells differentiating to osteoblast

Background and Objectives: To establish a method to induce goat bone marrow derived stromal cells (BMSCs) differentiate to osteoblast in vitro, and to exam the bone formation related gene expression changes in mRNA level after a certain inducing time.
