The dynamic mechanical analysis is an important method to investigate the polymer blend system.Usually,it can be used to describe the compatibility of blend system,the contact surface characteristics of compound material and the polymer movement theory and so on.In the present work,corresponding estimation theories of dynamic mechanical properties of polymer binary system,especially for the fibers reinforced and blend polymer system was discussed.Effect of interfacial interaction on modulus and damping of filled composite material was discussed: the stronger the interfacial interaction,the lager the modulus and damping are.For fiber-reinforced material,estimation of dynamic mechanical analysis was discussed under the condition of tropism and no tropism of fiber and especially,for the binary polymer blends,estimation of modulus and damping was summarized with the discrete particle model(which assumes one component as dispersed inclusions in the matrix of the other) and the poly-aggregate model(in which no matrix phase but a co-continuous structure of the two is postulated).
