摘要
PHEVs are one of the promising demand response resources for smart grid. By arranging the distribution of PHEVs' load within a specified period of time, peak load and energy cost can be reduced. According to the characteristics of PHEVs, this paper puts forward a kind of demand response approach to maximize the PHEV owner surplus by choosing its appropriate charging demand. This approach makes full use of price feedbacks and congestion pricing theory to adaptively adjust PHEVs charging. It also gives a PHEV charging model in accordance with the characteristics of PHEVs. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed demand response approach is effective in achieving DR for PHEVs.
