摘要
The accuracy of biometrical data obtained from Scheimpflug images through an Anterior Eye Segment Analysis System, EAS-1000, was examined using phantom eyes and eyes with implanted IOLs. Phantom eyes were composed of hard contact lenses, intraocular lenses and distilled water, which were applied to the cornea, the crystalline lens and the aqueous humor and vitreous, respectively. IOLs inserted into phantom eyes had different positionings with tilting ranges from 0 to 10° and decentration ranges from 0 to 1.0 mm. In the in vivo examination, 20 subjects were examined. The error range of tilting and decentration examined in the phantom eyes was ± 0.3° and ± 0.1 mm, respectively. In the examination of the human subjects, the curvatures of the anterior and posterior surfaces of the implanted IOLs and IOL thickness were measured and the obtained data were compared with specific data. In these meas0urements, each of the paired values were statistically of no significant difference. The errors ranged from 3 to 9%.
