摘要
In order to find out how transformational leadership can increase organizational performance through employee motivation, this research focused on one of the well-renowned transformational leaders, Jeff Bezos. From secondary data, it was found that Jeff Bezos is responsible for implementation of several programs AWS Grow Our Own Talent, Surge2IT, UXDR Apprenticeship Program, and Amazon Technical Academy. These programs are the reasons that employees are motivated and are performing beyond expectation. From primary data it was found that employees love the way Jeff allows them to take part in decision making program and to follow innovation ways of working. After the financial performance of the organization for past 5 years was analyzed, only growth is found. It means these programs are motivating employees. Motivating employees are performing better and it is increasing organizational performance.
